20 Years in IT and the path most businesses follow is still the same. Depending on what stage you are at or “get stuck in” is an indicator of how your business seems to turn out in the long run. The pattern is simple. Businesses that recognize they need to change and grow do so in all areas. The ones that don’t just seem to die out eventually.
